Ordering Switched services

Ordering switched services using single-order entry (SOE) is useful when you have a small to medium volume of orders in a single day. You can place your order using Control Center (Orders > Manage Orders).

Order	Description
Add	Add switched services to your account: Adding an ANI Adding a Switched 8XX Adding a Calling Card
Change	Change existing information about your account: Changing an ANI Changing a Switched 8XX Changing a Calling Card
Disconnect	Release your customer from your Lumen billing account: Disconnecting an ANI Disconnecting a Switched 8XX Disconnecting a Calling Card
Block	Deactivate a customer’s ANI service on the Lumen network. Note: If you’re blocking a customer for non‑payment and they are no longer an active customer, we recommend you submit a disconnect order after you submit the block order.
Unblock	Reactivate a customer’s ANI service on the Lumen network.

To order switched services:

From the Control Center homepage, click Manage Orders (in the Frequently Visited widget).

Select the tile for the action you'd like to take: Add, Change, Disconnect, Block, or Unblock. (Block and unblock are for ANI services only.)
