If you want to block a number from calling your toll-free number, you can submit an order in Control Center to block the ANI. Blocking the ANI deactivates it on the Lumen network. If needed later, you can submit an order to unblock the ANI.
Note: If you’re blocking a customer for non‑payment and they are no longer an active customer, we recommend you submit a disconnect order after you submit the block order.
