Edge Service Manager support: Activity tab

Use the Activity Logs tab in Lumen^® Edge Service Manager (accessed from Control Center) to audit the actions performed on Lumen® Edge Bare Metal networks and servers. 

The Activity Logs tab shows sucessess and failures of Edge Bare Metal server and network provisioning and deleting.
