Moving a call from your desk phone to your mobile phone using the Anywhere feature (VVX 3xx/4xx series)

If you're on a call at your desk but need to leave the office before the call is finished, you can move the call (pull) from your desk phone to your mobile phone using the Anywhere feature. To do this, you need to set up your mobile phone as an Anywhere device in your VoIP portal. You can then also move the call back to your desk phone when you return to the office.

Note: Anywhere is a feature only available with premium seats. If you don’t find the Anywhere feature in your VoIP portal, you don't have access to this feature. Contact your organization's administrator to find out if you can get access to it.

After the Anywhere feature is set up and you're on a call on your desk phone, you can take your call on the go:
 

  1. With an active call in progress, dial the anywhere pilot number on your mobile phone (save it as a contact or speed dial for easy access).

  2. When prompted for the destination digits, dial *11 on your mobile phone's keypad.

 

The call from your desk phone moves to your mobile phone.
