Updating Ethernet On‑Demand bandwidth

Using NaaS Manager, you can change the bandwidth of your existing Lumen® Ethernet On‑Demand connection to fit your needs. You can update bandwidth on connections:

Between two of your locations.
Between your location and Azure. Azure only allows bandwidth upgrades. Go to the Azure portal and sign in to upgrade the bandwidth on your ExpressRoute circuit.
Between your location and Azure Gov. Azure only allows bandwidth upgrades. Go to the Azure Gov portal and sign in to upgrade the bandwidth on your ExpressRoute circuit.
Between your location and Google.
Between your location and Oracle. Before you update the bandwidth, go to the Oracle Cloud page and sign in to change the OCID bandwidth.
Between your location and Oracle Gov. Before you update the bandwidth, go to the Oracle Gov Cloud page and sign in to change the OCID bandwidth.

To update bandwidth:

Click Services.

Control Center shows the Services console. Use the console to access an inventory of your services, check the status of orders, and manage your services.

In the Service Managers box, click Network-as-a-Service (NaaS).

The NaaS Manager Overview lists connection options.

Click the Services tab.

NaaS Manager shows a list of NaaS services.

Click the Ethernet tab.

NaaS Manager lists all your Ethernet On‑Demand connections with a status and brief summary for each connection.

Search for the connection you want to work with by doing one of the following:
- Scroll through the connections on the screen. If you have more than 10 connections, use the arrows at the bottom of the list to view more connections.
- Search for the connection by typing search criteria in the Search field (e.g., connection name, address, service ID (circuit ID for the UNI), etc.). NaaS Manager filters the list as you type.
- Filter the list by clicking the icon, then using any of the filters that appear. You can filter by connection status, cloud service provider, used in the connection, start date for a connection, or end date for a connection. As you use the filters, NaaS Manager filters the list of connections.

Click the icon in the Actions column next to the service you want to update the bandwidth for, then click Manage Service.
