Viewing the favorites list on your phone (VVX 50x/60x series)


The fastest way to identify contacts you've designated as a favorite is to look at your display. Any contact with a gray silhouette is a designated favorite.

To view and use contact information of a favorite:

  1. With your phone on-hook (idle), press and hold a gray silhouette key.
  1. Tap the phone number to call the contact, tap the trash can icon to remove the contact's favorite designation or tap the pencil icon to make changes to the contact information.

Another way to review and manage your favorites is by accessing the favorites list. You can edit information for a favorite and assign a new index number to reorder how your favorites appear on your display as well as in your favorites list.

To view and use contact information from your favorites list:

  1. Tap the clock icon, and tap the Favorites soft key.

    All favorites are listed in numeric order (1-9999).
  1. Swipe the display up and down to locate your contact.
  1. After you find your contact, tap the i icon to edit.

To access your favorites list using the home button:

  1. Press the Home button.
  1. Tap the Directories icon, and tap Contact Directory.
  1. Tap the Favorites soft key.
  1. Swipe the display up and down to locate your contact.
  1. Tap the the i icon to access the contact information, and tap the pencil icon to edit.
