Viewing the status of a customer service record request

To view the status of a customer service record request:

  1. Click the CSR tab, then click the Status subtab.

  1. To view the status of CSR requests submitted by your organization, do one of the following:

    • To view the status of all requests, click the Search button.

    • To limit your search results, use the fields to specify details you want to search for, then click Search.

The LSR/CSR Online portal shows CSR requests matching your search criteria with a status for each request: NEW, COMPLETE, REJECT, MANUAL.
