Terms of Use (Singapore)

1. Applicability:

1.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere, the following additional terms apply to the supply of telecommunications, allied and/or other services that are provided by Lumen Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group and/or an affiliate of Lumen Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd (“Lumen”) and Customer’s or End User’s use of the Services (“Terms of Use”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this document have their meaning as mentioned in the applicable order/service order ('Order’) between Lumen and Customer.

2. Terms of Use:

2.1. Unless Customer holds Services‑Based Operations (“SBO”) or Facilities‑Based Operations (“FBO”) license, Customers shall not use the local leased fixed‑line connectivity services for the carriage of any third party traffic or to offer any form of public switched telecommunication services over the local leased fixed‑line connection. Customer shall ensure that the local leased fixed‑line connection shall not be connected to any public switched networks at either or both ends of the fixed‑line connection(s), whether in Singapore or in other countries. The Service shall only be used as direct, point‑to‑point leased fixed‑line connections between Singapore and the final destination for corporate communication of the Customers.

2.2. Customer agrees to the usage of the local leased fixed‑line connection and their compliance with all licensing and regulatory conditions and requirements of the Infocomm Media and Development Authority. Lumen reserves the right terminate the Service if Customer is found to infringe any term and condition of the aforesaid license and regulatory conditions or applicable laws, rules and regulations.
